At ArcLab, every product is carefully checked before sale. With almost ten years of experience, we ensure that you always receive a completely authentic and flawless product.

All products go through a rigorous authenticity process, where we check details such as fonts, stitching, seams, materials and packaging. Approved products are always marked with an ArcLab Verified sticker to indicate that they have passed the test.

Are there also used products in the online store?

Yes, we also have some used shoes in our online store. You can easily identify used products from different product images, for example. You can find all used products here .

All used shoes are on display in our Helsinki store .

What size should you choose?

When choosing a size, it is worth using the size charts found on the product pages. The size charts show the foot length in cm. You can also find model-specific size charts in the links below:

It is important to us that every customer gets their shoes at a fair and right price. That is why we constantly monitor the international sneaker market and compare prices on different platforms to always stay competitive.

In short, we price our products according to the market, fairly, up-to-date and without unnecessary intermediaries. All our products are 100% authentic and verified, so you can always buy from us with confidence.

What products are available in the store?

On each product page you can see the store availability of the product and its sizes.

All products can be ordered for pickup at the Helsinki store, even if the product is not in stock in Helsinki at that moment.

Can products be brought to the store for fitting?

Yes. You are welcome to come into our store to try on shoes and clothes to find the perfect size and fit for you. Our staff will be happy to help if needed and answer any questions about the products.

Can I pick up an online order from the store?

Yes, you can. When placing your order, select store pickup as the delivery method. Pickup is free of charge, and no shipping costs will be added to your order. You will receive a separate email when your order is ready for pickup from our store.

Does the store accept cash?

Yes. Our store accepts cash and card payments.

Deliveries

How long does delivery take?

We deliver products from our Helsinki warehouse within 1–3 business days. The delivery time for other products is 8–16 business days.

On the product page, you can always clearly see the delivery time for that product and whether it is a fast or longer delivery.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery.

Please note that if your order includes products with a longer delivery time, the tracking will only be updated once the products have left our Helsinki warehouse. Before this, you can inquire about the delivery status via chat.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees to Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are €5.90.

For other countries, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Do I have the right to return the products I ordered?

You can exchange or return all orders placed in the online store within 14 days of receiving the order.

When will I get my money back?

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it before processing the refund. We will issue a refund using the same payment method used to place the order.

After review, the money will usually be returned to your account within 1-2 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Is the return free?

€5.90 will be deducted from the return for return and postage costs. This amount does not need to be paid separately, but will be automatically deducted from the returned amount when the refund is issued.

Can I exchange the product I ordered or its size?
