2017

Where it all began

It all started in 2017, when we, brothers Eero and Lauri, decided to start selling shoes out of pure passion for sneakers. That's when the idea was born that grew into Sneakers In Finland. In the beginning, everything happened on Instagram, and the warehouse was a small warehouse built in our parents' garage. We photographed, posted, and responded to every message ourselves. It was a small, but huge beginning for us, and from that garage grew a community we could never have imagined.

2021

Setting up an online store

By 2021, Sneakers In Finland had grown well. We already had hundreds of loyal customers all over Finland and we realized it was time to take the next step. So we founded our own online store in the fall of 2021. It was a big change and at the same time Sneakers In Finland now reached an audience outside of Instagram. Now our passion and style were easily accessible to everyone with just one click.

2023

Opening the First Store

In the summer of 2023, one of our biggest dreams came true: we opened our first brick-and-mortar store in Helsinki, at Liisankatu 21. It was more than just a store for us, it was a meeting place for sneaker and streetwear culture lovers. It was amazing to see how people came from all over Finland to visit the Sneakers In Finland store. Every customer and encounter reminded us of why we started this.

Over the years we have had the opportunity to collaborate with some really cool guys like PTVatanen, Miro Little, Esko Eerikäinen and many more. Each project has reinforced what Sneakers In Finland stands for: authenticity, style and community.



2026

The beginning of a new "Arc Lab"

Now, in the spring of 2026, it's time for us to take another step forward. We want to do something even bigger, even cooler. We are building a new sneaker and streetwear store in Finland that will take the whole experience to the next level, both online and in-store.

We continue our journey under a new name – Arc Lab. This decision did not come in a moment, but from a long and carefully considered process, the purpose of which is to take our vision to the next peak. Arc Lab is a natural continuation for us, as it preserves the heart of Sneakers In Finland, but offers new opportunities to grow and create something permanent.

Even though the name changes, our story, passion and values ​​remain the same. We are still the same brothers who started in a garage and built the Sneakers In Finland community piece by piece. Now we are continuing it under the name Arc Lab, stronger than ever and ready to take things to the next level.
