RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All orders placed in our online store have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

The cost of a return is €5.90, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This sum covers the return shipping costs. This price applies only to returns made from Finland. For orders from countries other than Finland, an amount equal to the shipping costs charged at the time of order will be deducted as a return fee.

You can also make a return free of charge directly to the Arc Lab store.

Making a return request

Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account on our online store:

Click the profile icon on the online store or log in to your customer account.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
You will receive a six-digit verification code in your email.
Enter the verification code in the online store.
Select the order from which you wish to return items.
Select the items to be returned.
Select the reason for the return and submit the return request.

Once the return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label by email.

Sending the return

After the return request has been approved, the items to be returned must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the return.

We recommend sending the return within 7 days of receiving the return instructions to ensure prompt processing.

If the items are not returned within the time limit and no reliable proof of shipping can be provided, the right of return will expire.

Condition of the returned product

The returned product must be in its original condition.

You may examine and try on the product in the same way you would in a brick-and-mortar store. If the product has been used more than is necessary to determine its properties, nature, or functionality, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product.

Returned items must include:

original product packaging
all components supplied with the product
any additional accessories
original product tags and price labels

Returned items must be carefully packed for transport.

Defective products and claims

If a product is defective or an error has occurred in the delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Include as accurate a description of the situation as possible in your message, along with photos of the product if necessary.

Refunds

We will refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided reliable proof of returning the product, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
