RETURNS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
All orders placed in our online store have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The cost of a return is €5.90, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns can also be made free of charge directly to the Arc Lab store.
How to make a return request
Returns must be notified within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can make a return request by logging into your customer account in our online store:
- Click the profile icon in the online store or log in to your customer account.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- You will receive a six-digit verification code in your email.
- Enter the verification code in the online store.
- Select the order from which you want to return items.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Select the reason for the return and send the return request.
Once the return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label by email.
Sending the return
After the return request has been approved, the returned products must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after making the return notification.
We recommend sending the return within 7 days of receiving the return instructions to ensure prompt processing.
If the returned products are not returned within the specified period and reliable proof of sending the return cannot be provided, the right of return will expire.
Condition of the returned product
The returned product must be in its original condition.
The product may be examined and tried on in the same way that a similar product could be examined in a physical store. If the product has been used more than necessary to ascertain its characteristics, nature, or functionality, the customer is responsible for any resulting decrease in the product's value.
Returned products must include:
- original product packaging
- all parts supplied with the product
- any additional accessories
- original product tags and price markings
Returned products must be carefully packaged for transport.
Defective products and complaints
If there is a defect in the product or an error in the delivery, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Please include as detailed a description of the situation as possible in your message, along with photos of the product if necessary.
Refund
We will refund the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notification.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until the customer has provided reliable proof of returning the product, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
