Can I pick up an online order from the store?
Yes, you can. When placing your order, select store pickup as the delivery method. Pickup is free of charge, and no shipping costs will be added to your order. You will receive a separate email when your order is ready for pickup from our store.
Can I pay in cash in the store?
Yes, our store accepts cash and card payments.
Can I reserve a size in store?
Products cannot be reserved separately without an order. However, you can ensure availability of the size you want by placing an order in our online store and selecting store pickup as the delivery method. This will reserve the product for you and allow you to pick it up at our store.
Can products be brought to the store for fitting?
Yes. You are welcome to come into our store to try on shoes and clothes to find the perfect size and fit for you. Our staff will be happy to help if needed and answer any questions about the products.
