By using the Arc Lab online store, you accept these terms and conditions and commit to complying with them.

Streetwear Finland Oy does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the online store, and there may be interruptions in the service due to, for example, hardware maintenance or upkeep. Streetwear Finland Oy is not responsible for damages related to the use of the online store, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legislation.

Streetwear Finland Oy has the right to change these terms and conditions by publishing the updated terms on the online store's pages. Familiarize yourself with the current terms before placing an order.

Ordering from the online store requires that you comply with the online store's terms and conditions, fulfill their requirements, and provide your personal information completely and truthfully. You must correct any incorrect information about yourself without delay. Keep the customer IDs required for login carefully so that they do not fall into the hands of unauthorized persons. You can only have one set of IDs. Streetwear Finland Oy is not responsible if, due to incorrect information, you do not receive your order, order or delivery confirmation, or other documents.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF STREETWEAR FINLAND ONLINE STORE

The content of the online store (including images, texts, product information, texts, trademarks, videos, logos, and tables) is property protected by the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Streetwear Finland Oy and/or its partners, and its unauthorized use or copying is prohibited. 2. ORDERING FROM THE ONLINE STORE

You can order products either after registering as an online store customer or, if you wish, without registration. You must provide at least all the information required for the order during registration and/or ordering. 

You can examine the products and return them to the Seller within 14 days of receiving them.

Before making a payment, you must accept the online store's order and delivery terms. By clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button, the order is registered and can no longer be changed in the online store. If you wish to cancel or change the order after this, please contact info@arclab.fi.

We will send you a receipt for the order to your email, from which you can check the order details. It is advisable to keep the order receipt for possible future needs.

The tax rates applied to the taxation of products are shown on the invoice.

PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods in the Streetwear Finland online store are online payment, credit card, mobile payment methods, and Klarna. 

By paying, you accept Checkout Finland's payment terms.

ORDER RESTRICTIONS

Only persons aged 15 or over can make purchases from the online store. Persons under 18 can only pay for their purchases by online payment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE AN ORDER

If a product you ordered is not available, Streetwear Finland will contact you. If necessary, the seller has the right to cancel the transaction. In some cases, the ordered product may be out of stock. If the product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email. The missing product will be credited to the customer according to the payment method of the order.

DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

Ordered products are delivered to the local Posti office at the delivery address. You can also pick up the order from a location agreed upon with Streetwear Finland. 

Prices do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are paid at the time of product payment in accordance with Posti's current pricing.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

The estimated delivery time for products is 1-3 business days. Deviating delivery times are stated in the product information.

Streetwear Finland Oy is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to circumstances beyond the control of the online store. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days from the time of payment of the order, please contact us via the website.

3. RETURNS

You have 14 days to return a product from the date of receipt. The cost of the return is the postage fee. The postage fee is deducted directly from the amount to be refunded.

The returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. All tags and price markings must also be in place. Check that you return all parts, including any packaging materials. The buyer is legally responsible for any decrease in value if they have used the product.

Returned products must be carefully packed.

The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase in connection with the return or when complaining about a defect in the goods. Streetwear Finland Oy reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs incurred in searching for a receipt.

Complaints and returns are processed only in writing. Returns can be made via the return form. When a return is made via the form, the return must be mailed with the return label provided by the Seller within 7 days of the return being accepted. The customer may request an extension by contacting info@arclab.fi by email, in which case an extension of up to 7 days will be granted. If the goods are not mailed within this period, the right to return expires. 

An informal complaint can also be sent by email to info@arclab.fi.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

Streetwear Finland Oy will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the return notification, provided that the return has been received, or you have proven that you have sent the products back. The refund will be made using the payment method you used when placing the order.

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

Streetwear Finland sends both marketing messages and customer service messages to registered customers via email and mobile phone. Electronic direct marketing is sent only to customers who have explicitly approved it in advance. Customer service messages relate to the customer's order and delivery from the Streetwear Finland online store. Electronic messages related to customer service and orders are also sent even if you have not specifically allowed electronic direct marketing. By accepting the online store's terms and conditions and ordering from the online store, you agree to the sending of customer service messages.

OTHER TERMS

Finnish law shall apply to these terms and conditions and to any disputes concerning the agreement between the customer and Streetwear Finland Oy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The seller is responsible for any defects in the products in accordance with Finnish law. In case of disputes, you can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, we recommend contacting consumer advisory services. 

Attorney fees are not compensated, as Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board offer free assistance in resolving disputes. 

CLEAR PRICING ERRORS

The product seller reserves the right to cancel an order when there is a clear and material pricing error. This refers to a possible pricing error of the product in the online store such that the price of the product deviates so significantly and clearly from the usual price level of the product that an average consumer would be deemed to have understood that it was an error. A clear pricing error would be considered, for example, if the price of the product is 0.00 euros or there is no price at all, or if a product worth hundreds of euros is presented at such a low price that it can generally be considered erroneous.

FORCE MAJEURE

Streetwear Finland Oy is not responsible for delays or damages caused by an obstacle beyond its control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen or the consequences of which could not have been avoided. Force majeure includes, among other things, industrial action, illness of staff, import and export bans, disruptions in general telecommunications connections, power outages, and disruptions in postal or road traffic. If the force majeure continues for more than one month, both the product seller and the customer have the right to cancel the transaction without compensation for damages or delay penalties.

4. Walley Invoice/Installment Payment
 
Flexibility and freedom of choice – pay in one go or in installments, at your chosen pace
 
Invoice and credit account give you more time to pay for your online purchases. By using them, you can calmly wait for your order to arrive before paying. You can either pay in one go with an invoice or in smaller installments with a credit account, in which case you can pay the amount that suits you best monthly and spread the payment over a maximum of 36 months.
 
Interest-free payment period with invoice – safe and easy shopping
 
With an invoice, you always get 45 days of interest-free payment time for your online purchases. The long payment period allows you to check your purchases and return them if necessary before the invoice is due.
 
To take advantage of the payment period, you need a positive credit decision, which is easy to apply for during the purchase process. You can apply if you are at least 18 years old and have a Finnish personal identity code and a permanent, official residential address in Finland. Your credit information will also be checked from the Bisnode Finland Oy register.
 
The payment method can be used for purchases up to €5,000.
 
Once you have received a positive credit decision and confirmed the purchase transaction, you will receive an invoice for your purchase by email. If you want to pay the invoice in smaller installments and with a payment period that suits you better (1-36 months), you must, after receiving the first invoice, make a credit agreement for continuous credit with Collector Bank AB by logging into My Pages at my.walley.fi. When signing the credit agreement, you will be granted a credit limit that can be used for subsequent purchases in accordance with the credit terms.
 
When you have a valid credit agreement, you only need to pay the minimum amount stated on the invoice you received by the due date, but you can also pay a larger amount if you wish. After that, you will receive a monthly account statement by email until the credit is fully paid. You can always, if you wish, repay your credit in larger installments than the minimum amount stated on the account statement.
 
Credit costs and credit example: Streetwear Finland's online store applies campaign terms, according to which the credit account interest is 19.2% expressed as a nominal annual interest rate and the monthly fee is €2.95 per month (first invoice €3.80). If the granted credit limit is €1,000 and it has been fully used for purchases made from Streetwear Finland's online store and the credit is repaid over 36 months, with the applicable campaign terms, the effective annual interest rate is 28.6%, the total credit cost is €403, the total amount payable is €1,403, and the number of installments is 36. Overdue payments will be charged statutory reminder fees and collection costs, as well as interest for the overdue period.
