Try it on at home
You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a store. Keep the original packaging, tags and accessories. If the item is used more than necessary to establish its characteristics, any reduction in value may be deducted from your refund.

A postal return from Finland costs €5.90, deducted from your refund. You can also return your purchase free of charge to our Helsinki store at Snellmaninkatu 21.
For returns from abroad, the return cost equals the delivery fee charged for your order.
If the size is not right
Contact customer service so we can check another size and agree on an exchange. Exchanges incur return shipping and replacement delivery costs.

Your refund goes to the payment method used for your order. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once your return request has been processed, we email you the instructions and a return label.
